What is MPPT technology?

MPPT is the abbreviation for Maximum Power Point Tracking.

MPPT is the abbreviation for Maximum Power Point Tracking.

MPPT technology is a key technology in photovoltaic solar energy systems. Due to the fact that the output characteristic of photovoltaic modules does not match the input characteristic of the load, the system may not be able to output the maximum power. MPPT technology can track the maximum power point of the photovoltaic modules, allowing the system to achieve maximum power output.

The basic working principle of the MPPT is to seek the maximum power point by converting the output voltage and current of the photovoltaic panels. Common MPPT algorithms are:
1. Incremental conductance: Finding the maximum power point using the "slight perturbation" method.

2. Fit curve method: Creation of a power curve based on the output characteristic of the photovoltaic modules to predict the position of the maximum power point.

3. Equivalent load method: Continuously change the equivalent load of the photovoltaic modules to search for the load point with maximum power output.

4. Humidity Method: Simulating the flow of water downhill to search for the maximum in the direction of increasing power.

5. Neural network: Use of the self-learning and optimization function of neural networks to search for the maximum power point.

The MPPT maximizes system efficiency and has an important impact on system performance. Used in photovoltaic inverters and photovoltaic charge controllers, it is the key to highly efficient energy conversion. Currently, digital-based MPPT algorithms and controllers are widely used in micro-inverters and photovoltaic systems.

Return and Exchange Policy

Modules are guaranteed as follows: Modules aged from the date of purchase up to 1 year are protected against a performance degradation of more than 2.5% for monocrystalline modules and 2.5% for polycrystalline modules of the nominal value according to the products nameplate under STC conditions. If the performance degradation exceeds this and Bluesun Solar determines that this performance loss is not due to defective workmanship of the module when the module has been properly installed and used under normal conditions, Bluesun Solar will, at its option, either repair, replace or provide additional modules to compensate for this loss of performance. Modules with an age from the date of purchase between 2 and 10 years are protected against an annual performance degradation of more than 0.55% for modules, which means that the “n” year performance for monocrystalline modules is not less than 98%-0, 55% * (n-1) and for polycrystalline modules not less than 98% -0.55% * (n-1) is (2≦n≦25). If the performance degradation exceeds this and Bluesun Solar determines that this performance loss is not due to defective workmanship of the module when the module has been properly installed and used under normal conditions, Bluesun Solar will, at its option, either repair, replace or provide additional modules to compensate for this power loss (if Bluesun Solar deems it necessary). During the warranty period - 10 years - the maximum degradation of the modules must not exceed the value of 18.82% for monocrystalline modules and 18.82% for polycrystalline modules according to the product nameplate under STC conditions. If the deterioration in performance exceeds this - always within the warranty period - provided that this loss of performance is determined by Bluesun Solar and is not due to defective workmanship of the module when the module has been properly installed and used under normal conditions.

 

STC stands for Standard Test Conditions used to measure the performance of solar cells. It includes (a) the light spectrum of AM 1.5, (b) an irradiance of 1,000 W per m2 and © a cell temperature of 25 °C degrees Celsius. Measurements are performed according to IEC 61215 at the junction box terminals according to BluesunSolar's calibration and testing standards (valid at the time of manufacture of the modules).

Once the customer places an order, they agree to these shipping terms. BLUESUN SOLAR DE reserves the right of final interpretation of this clause.

Für den Preis ist er super!

Also er macht seine Sache gut! Er wird zwar sehr heiß und auch die 600W habe ich nicht herausbekommen, aber für 95Euro ist er echt gut!
Leider hat er kein VDE Ar 4105 Zertifikat oder ich habe dies nicht gefunden!?
Super wäre wenn man einen AC Stecker gleich dazugeben könnte. Dieser ist nach Meinung wichtig, damit man nicht gleich die aufgeschweißten Stecker abschneiden muss .

Sehr kostengünstiges Produkt, viel günstiger als Amazon! Aber es scheint keinen Stecker zu haben. Muss selbst eine Verbindung zu meinem Verteilerkasten herstellen.Aber es hat meine Erwartungen weit übertroffen!!

Ordentlich Power - gute Verarbeitung - 2 Solarmodule parallel ansteckbar.

Ich hab das Teil auf Empfehlung gekauft, dass SG600 wirklich Spitze ist. Und genau das stimmt! Super Verarbeitung mit 2 parallel verwendbaren Solarmodulen.

Also ich hab nun 2 Solarmodule in Reihe geschaltet. Die gehen links von Mikro Inverter weg. Dann ergänze ich noch eines und das geht rechts vom Inverter weg. Natürlich könnte ich auch ein 3. Modul in Serie schalten, jedoch brauche ich dann ein ganz langes Verlängerungskabel für Modul zurück zum Inverter. So passt es von der Anordnung super. Und mit 3 Module je 170W ist dann auch die Kapazität erschöpft.

Bei der Steckdose für den Eingang nehme ich dann eine Smart-Meßsteckdose und sehe, was gesamt an Strom eingespeist wird. Möge die Sonne scheinen :).

Hab es angeschlossen und alles funktioniert bis jetzt einwandfrei, ein Langzeittest steht noch aus.
