Shipping Policy

1. About delivery time

For German customers. Usually takes 2-4 business days to receive item. For customers in other European countries, the item will usually be received within 7 working days. Of course, the premise is that the products you ordered are shipped from the European warehouse. (If the product is not shipped from the European warehouse, it will be prompted on the product page). The time to receive the item is just normal. In the case of objective events (such as wars, strikes, lost items by express delivery, etc.), there is no guarantee. Thank you for understanding.

2. About Express Package

Most of our products are in neutral packaging (carton packaging without words and logos), which is the regulation of the express carrier. So it is normal if the package you received is not the same as the color box in the product picture. It is not a resale product. If the express package you received is damaged and the product is damaged as a result. Please take photos and record as soon as possible, and the courier who found the damaged package will issue a delivery damage certificate. Please be sure to complete all of these within five days and contact us via customer service email info@bluesunsolar.net. We will immediately start the after-sales service for you. If it exceeds five days, we will not be able to provide complete after-sales processing of express damage.

3. About shipping address

We have warehouses in Czech Republic and Germany. Most of our products come from there. In addition, some of our products come from Asian factories. This part of the product is shipped directly from the factory to the customer. Products from Asia are noted on the product page. They also have longer lead times. Customers need to check where the product comes from before placing an order.

4. About taxes

Items shipped from Europe. Customers only need to pay VAT on purchases in accordance with EU law. Products shipped to Asia. Customers need to pay the corresponding customs duties. (Tariff is the lowest value) When there is no prompt from Asia on the product page, the default is from Europe. If the customer rejects the package due to customs duties after receiving it, we have the right not to refund. Please pay attention to read the information on the product page before placing an order.

5. About Order Confirmation and Tracking

After the customer places the order and completes the payment, he will receive an order confirmation email. We will process and ship your order within two business days. After delivery, the customer's mailbox will receive the tracking number of the package. Customers can track their packages in real time based on it.
