Return and Exchange Policy

1. About taxes

Items shipped from Europe. Customers only need to pay VAT on purchases in accordance with EU law. Products shipped to Asia. Customers need to pay the corresponding customs duties. 2.About product packaging

Most of our products are in neutral packaging (carton packaging without words and logos), which is the regulation of the express carrier. 8. Limited Peak Performance Warranty

The relevant effective output data can be found on the type plate on the back of the products. Bluesun Solar assures that the actual performance of the products will decrease slightly over 10 years from the date of purchase. Modules are guaranteed as follows: Modules aged from the date of purchase up to 1 year are protected against a performance degradation of more than 2.5% for monocrystalline modules and 2.5% for polycrystalline modules of the nominal value according to the products nameplate under STC conditions. If the performance degradation exceeds this and Bluesun Solar determines that this performance loss is not due to defective workmanship of the module when the module has been properly installed and used under normal conditions, Bluesun Solar will, at its option, either repair, replace or provide additional modules to compensate for this loss of performance. Modules with an age from the date of purchase between 2 and 10 years are protected against an annual performance degradation of more than 0.55% for modules, which means that the “n” year performance for monocrystalline modules is not less than 98%-0, 55% * (n-1) and for polycrystalline modules not less than 98% -0.55% * (n-1) is (2≦n≦25). If the performance degradation exceeds this and Bluesun Solar determines that this performance loss is not due to defective workmanship of the module when the module has been properly installed and used under normal conditions, Bluesun Solar will, at its option, either repair, replace or provide additional modules to compensate for this power loss (if Bluesun Solar deems it necessary). During the warranty period - 10 years - the maximum degradation of the modules must not exceed the value of 18.82% for monocrystalline modules and 18.82% for polycrystalline modules according to the product nameplate under STC conditions. If the deterioration in performance exceeds this - always within the warranty period - provided that this loss of performance is determined by Bluesun Solar and is not due to defective workmanship of the module when the module has been properly installed and used under normal conditions.

 

STC stands for Standard Test Conditions used to measure the performance of solar cells. It includes (a) the light spectrum of AM 1.5, (b) an irradiance of 1,000 W per m2 and © a cell temperature of 25 °C degrees Celsius. Measurements are performed according to IEC 61215 at the junction box terminals according to BluesunSolar's calibration and testing standards (valid at the time of manufacture of the modules).

Once the customer places an order, they agree to these shipping terms. BLUESUN SOLAR DE reserves the right of final interpretation of this clause.

Lieferung schnell, kommt per DHL, nicht DHL-Express.
Ware ist mit Pape Umverpackt, kein Ärger mit Styropor. Bei einem Modul waren die Eckschutzstücke schon kaputt, kann sicher beim Transport passieren. Die werden sowieso weggeworfen. Bei einem Modul gibt es auf der Oberfläche mit den Solarzellen zwei ca. 20cm lange Rillen/ Schmarren, ich dachte es wären Klebereste. Nein, sind mechanische Beschädigungen. Sicher nicht durch den Transport passiert. Also "Chinaqualität". Ob es Einfluss auf die Leistung hat kann ich nicht beurteilen, ich werde das Modul deswegen nicht beanstanden, es ist aber ärgerlich. Der Alurahmen wurde mit Klebestreifen geschützt, an der Stelle also hat der Hersteller vorgesorgt. Habe die Module noch nicht in Betrieb, erwarte da jedoch nichts Spektakuläres.

Das Panel bringt ohne gro?e Ausrichtung eine super Leistung! Teilweise ber 110W. Sehr gute und stabile Verarbeitung. Von der Leistung kein Vergleich zu einem Faltpanel. Und das alles zu einem super Preis.

Habe mir das Modul , fr unseren Wohnwagen gekauft. Verarbeitung und Leistungen des Panels finde ich sehr Gut . Fr unsere Bedrfnisse perfekt. In verbringen mit nen Mppt Regler kommt auch bei schlechten Wetter 1 Amper Strom rein . Das h?chste war 6,3amper .
