FAQ
Q: Why can't the solar system generate 100W of power when charging in the power station?
As you know, solar panels are affected by many factors. such as the intensity of the light and the angle at which the panel is placed on the floor. 100W is tested in an ideal laboratory. However, the intensity of the light is constantly changing. In addition, the angle of the light illuminating the solar panel also changes as the sun rotates. Please test your solar panel in full sunlight to check this and make sure there is no shadow on the panel.
Q:Is the solar panel waterproof?
It's IP65 waterproof, so it's splash-proof (don't expose it to rain or soak it in water). The zippers on the bag can hold the power cords and cover the power port.
Q:How to clean the surface of the solar panel?

Return and Exchange Policy
1. About taxes
Items shipped from Europe. Customers only need to pay VAT on purchases in accordance with EU law. Products shipped to Asia. Customers need to pay the corresponding customs duties. (Tariff is the lowest value) When there is no prompt from Asia on the product page, the default is from Europe. If the customer rejects the package due to customs duties after receiving it, we have the right not to refund. 2.About product packaging
Most of our products are in neutral packaging (carton packaging without words and logos), which is the regulation of the express carrier. So it is normal if the package you received is not the same as the color box in the product picture. It is not a resale product. If the express package you received is damaged and the product is damaged as a result. Please take photos and record as soon as possible, and the courier who found the damaged package will issue a delivery damage certificate. 4. About unconditional return

5. About defective/suspected defective products
If the customer receives a defective product or suspects that it is a defective product. Please contact our customer service in time. We need customers to provide some test proof materials to judge whether the product is defective. Including but not limited to: photos of test data, photos of products, photos of product barcodes. Only after the customer submits these certification materials, we can provide customers with after-sales service, including refunds, replacements, etc. We need these materials in order to find the production line producing defective products for inspection. 6. About after-sales of defective products

8. Limited Peak Performance Warranty
The relevant effective output data can be found on the type plate on the back of the products. Bluesun Solar assures that the actual performance of the products will decrease slightly over 10 years from the date of purchase. Modules are guaranteed as follows: Modules aged from the date of purchase up to 1 year are protected against a performance degradation of more than 2.5% for monocrystalline modules and 2.5% for polycrystalline modules of the nominal value according to the products nameplate under STC conditions. If the performance degradation exceeds this and Bluesun Solar determines that this performance loss is not due to defective workmanship of the module when the module has been properly installed and used under normal conditions, Bluesun Solar will, at its option, either repair, replace or provide additional modules to compensate for this loss of performance. Modules with an age from the date of purchase between 2 and 10 years are protected against an annual performance degradation of more than 0.55% for modules, which means that the “n” year performance for monocrystalline modules is not less than 98%-0, 55% * (n-1) and for polycrystalline modules not less than 98% -0.55% * (n-1) is (2≦n≦25). If the performance degradation exceeds this and Bluesun Solar determines that this performance loss is not due to defective workmanship of the module when the module has been properly installed and used under normal conditions, Bluesun Solar will, at its option, either repair, replace or provide additional modules to compensate for this power loss (if Bluesun Solar deems it necessary). During the warranty period - 10 years - the maximum degradation of the modules must not exceed the value of 18.82% for monocrystalline modules and 18.82% for polycrystalline modules according to the product nameplate under STC conditions. If the deterioration in performance exceeds this - always within the warranty period - provided that this loss of performance is determined by Bluesun Solar and is not due to defective workmanship of the module when the module has been properly installed and used under normal conditions.
STC stands for Standard Test Conditions used to measure the performance of solar cells. It includes (a) the light spectrum of AM 1.5, (b) an irradiance of 1,000 W per m2 and © a cell temperature of 25 °C degrees Celsius. Measurements are performed according to IEC 61215 at the junction box terminals according to BluesunSolar's calibration and testing standards (valid at the time of manufacture of the modules).
